Refund Policy

The Registration / Application Fee for any Assessment / UpSkilling / Certification Program is Non-refundable.

No refunds or credits against the payments made for availing the Products / Services under NEATmet platform will be provided to the customers at any point of time.

Even if a candidate elects to cancel his/ her Registration prior to the scheduled end of any Assesment or Upskilling or Certification Program, no refund will be initiated.

If an applicant’s academic credentials are not fulfilling the desired eligibility criteria especially for Solar Chartered Engineer Certification Program, the amount will be refunded after deducting the processing fees.

However, any unaccounted or excess amount that was received from candidate’s account on behalf of NEATmet, will automatically be returned (credited) to the same account, which may take few days to get processed.
